Thank you for your detailed feedback; it’s great to hear that you’ve had many positive experiences, especially with with our employee resource groups and social initiatives. We understand the concerns you’ve raised around career progression, training opportunities, and project mobility. Internal career growth should be as accessible as external hiring and this is something that we invest time and effort into promoting. Similarly, we’re working to improve access to training and development opportunities to better support employees in gaining the skills needed for future roles.
