Pros

Flexible working hours Mainly WFH

Cons

The HR team does not seem deserving of an HR award. If employees were allowed to provide anonymous feedback, the results would likely reveal the real situation. The team appears to focus on following formal guidelines rather than genuinely supporting employees. When issues are raised, there is often no response.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
