Good process and system, good culture in some teams
Cons
too many reports for the sake of reports some people are passive aggressive and too pushy with unrealistic goals and limited resources to achieve them people are being laid off in silence. One day they celebrate your 5 or 10 year tenure, and the next day, you are gone. I am not sure it's because of the business challenges or due to the coming merger with Kenvue management is cheap on expense claims and other benefits. Salary increase and bonus are a joke
