      - They can offer big salary - Often retain good employers with good package - Chill and laid back culture - Some people do make genuine friendships here

      Cons

      - Too many late night meetings, often held by higher stakeholders - Many late meeting started - only by unreasonable reasons, higher stakeholders also often did that - Old culture from previous company still existed - Messy operationals (this is due to old culture still existed) - Not too much knowledge to learn - Not much room to grow i think - Some unfair judgement from senior management

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
