Pros

I worked at the Coldspring facility in Neenah, WI. Hourly rate is pretty good for entry level.

Cons

Mill workers are treated like second class citizens. There is absolutely no trust. Even though Wisconsin is a Right to Work state you likely won't be kept on after 90 days here if you don't join the union.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
