Pros

Decent pay, time off and benefits

Cons

They claim to be safety first but ignore people when they get hurt. Long hours night shift every other month destroys a persons life. Not a fun place too much drama. People run around in fear of loosing their job every six months due to their testing and lame training.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
