      Pros

      Great benefits, hybrid, flexible work schedule, onsite exercise facility.

      Cons

      Top heavy. Upper management continually makes bad decisions and has been working on restructuring the employee/department structure for over a year with continued plans over the next 2 years. Internal hiring freeze for a year with continued promise of it being lifted "in the next month or two". Seems to be a lot of forced retirements and seems more in favor of a younger work force.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
