Pros
Good pay, interesting people (they are hiring the best of breed from all over the world), great career opportunities, seniority in management.
Cons
They try to be a start up, while being a company just shy of 1000 people. The two cultures crash, hard. They are both slow and fast moving at the same time. Being a financial institution does not make it better.
