Posh boys club with poor management - IT Analyst Knight Frank Employee Review

Not the best management structure - too many layers between you and senior stakeholders so projects don't move very quick, in addition to a dysfunctional team. Poor company culture and a lot of favouritism when it comes to employees. Private healthcare benefits only come into actions after 2 years of service. Decision making on technical obstacles needs to be shared - far too many dependencies on single individuals who are control freaks. No process defined for initiatives - just loads of random ideas. They think operate as 'Agile/Scrum' but in reality it's the complete opposite. My advice to anyone looking to join them for a career in IT - Don't!
