Pros
I was brought into the managers office anytime they saw a problem with what I was doing, even if it was just to compliment what I was doing. The training process is great when starting because it’s more of a hands-on, learning experience, and coworkers were always nice and helpful when I had any questions. It was very easy to pick up on what was expected of me.
Cons
management didn’t never want to hear your concerns if you were under the age of 18, and tried to use policy on me multiple times when all I wanted to do was have a conversation. I was 17 and did not have a license so driving was not possible. And that caused a lot of issues with punctuality, but they were not willing to work with me on those days where I said I needed more time. but that’s in the past, so just make sure you have a ride
