      -Supports it's staff regarding training and developing each member of Staff. -Get to go on a yearly Christmas Party down London. -33 Days Holiday is usually the norm.

      Cons

      -No pay rise's in 4 years. -Favoritism amongst staff on who gets promoted or given a better job role. -Some roles they don't have plans for and no career progression.
