      - Great balance work/life. - Management is open to give feedback to you, and they are empatic. - Management is open to new ideas, and you can see them implemented.

      Cons

      - Management is open to give feedback to you, when you request it, not when supposedly the bi-annual meetings take place for the purpose of career development. - They insist they support you on the education, however, when the time comes, they don't support you at all.

      Pros

      Very health and safety orientated on sites. Wages paid each week on time. Good apprenticeship programme.

      Cons

      Poor organisational and communication skills sometimes. Perhaps turning up to a new site and the supervisor was never informed you were supposed to be there that day.

      -Good opportunities for advancement -Good salaries and excellent benefits - Major capital projects to develop management skills -International presence - Some of the employees and management are world class

      -Old school management ideology inability to adapt to indviduals - Managment expects individuals to work long hours in order to make up for lack of resource - Work environment can be toxic at times management tolerates toxic individuals - Many good managers leave due to the toxic environment - Took 25% of salary during the first 4 months of pandemic and never paid it back to the staff in the upswing after

      Large enough to have good opportunities but not so large you could get lost like other employers. Manage performance well so you never feel like you're carrying your share of the load whilst others aren't

      Cons

      Like all large contractor's, travel expected, hours to get the job done can be long but this looks to be getting challenged post covid to embrace hybrid working
