Global business with lots of opportunities if you are willing to move with the business as they grow and change. Lot's of great people across Australia with vast knowledge and experiences. Big focus on developing talent and driving performance
Cons
High turnover of staff which means things can be great one minute and challenging the next. Fast passed and increasing rate of change can cause issues in communication and company direction. Family based business, who you know is everything and support from the leaders is critical to your survival. Flexible Working and Diversity are still major issues in this organisation. Particularly around women in leadership roles.
