Experience , customer service , easy work without pressure on individual target
Cons
Very poor solary. No hope for extra benefits. Uptight very old hierarchy . No room for being promoted. In my store was 3 supervisors and just 2 sales assistants. Too much gossip instead of team work or building friendly atmosphere in work.
