Business outlook
Pros
Corporate life is good and has flexibility. They have a lot more holidays and flex time. Fridays are WFH and half days. The atmosphere is positive in the finance departments.
Cons
Plant life is cut throat and old school. Operations team is aggressive and there are intercompany power struggles. A lot of paperwork and push back to go digital. Plants only get 10 holidays, no WFH, and PTO is strictly monitored. Every plant is different though.
