Pros

The pay is decent for a phone farm.

Cons

You'll see new hires be brought on at a higher salary than folks who've been working a year or two in same position. Management doesn't care as long as you produce numbers but if you don't produce expect heavy handed responses . You are not a person you are a number to them.

Remote flexibility. Extensive training and licensing period.

Cons

Not a real inbound sales position. You speak with dummies spitting their information to third party websites promising them cheap insurance. Then those people claim “you called me!”
