Pros
Good Benefits, no weekends, decent schedule, an okay 401K company match. Decent salary after training and experience. Paid training and licensing.
Cons
The work load is never evenly balanced among adjusters. Their re-organization has been nothing but chaos. Newly assigned Managers have NO idea what they are doing as they have no experience in the new business areas they have been placed in. Every week there are new changes in policies and procedures and there is a lack of consistency across the board. Some departments are treated as children and not adult employees. When inquiries are made, your concerns are rarely address or questions answered. There are so many hush-hush topics among management. Lastly, higher career opportunities are often times based on who your friends are and not primarily on who produces the best work.
