Too much change, too many reorgs, org design is entirely too complex to get work done.

Thank you for sharing your experiences. I appreciate hearing directly from employees about what’s working for them and what’s not. I’m glad you feel like we’re on the right path with our benefits and flexible work arrangements, and I understand your concerns about our recent reorganizations. The world around us is changing, and so are our customers’ expectations and needs. We’re embracing this pace of change to remain competitive and thrive. A driving force in this evolution is the rapid advancement of technology and our commitment to being nimble and flexible so we can deliver exceptional customer experiences through superior digital interactions. Yet in these times of change, there’s often uncertainty which can make it difficult to focus on the future and innovate. Though change may be inevitable, I know we can do a better job supporting employees through it as a management team. Please keep sharing your feedback and helping shape how we move forward as a company. -Melanie

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.
Cons
Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
