Pros
Great benefits, paid time off, work life balance, great pay, wonderful co-workers, work from home options. I really did love my job here. So many other perks that just made it so easy to come into work.
Cons
Very secretive. Try to deliver a negative message "positively." Always talked about outsourcing work so that we can get more work in. Outsourced so much work overseas that they closed numerous offices and never ever recieved any more work. The only way we were able to keep our jobs/positions we had was if we relocated to either Washington State or Texas. SAD that it's only a matter of time until so many other employees are left without jobs again. Very unfortunate!
