Pros

Pay is solid; Professional development is a company priority, and is certainly a plus; Fairly flexible regarding time off needs; If you're mobile, there are advancement opportunities

Cons

Company is overly conservative in it's operations, leading to very process/procedure oriented atmosphere; Limited autonomy and decision-making abilities outside of narrow focus; Company focus bounces around... lots of "flavors of the week" in terms of initiatives, etc.; Advancement opportunity can be limited in a system that plays favorites

Pros

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Cons

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
