Pros
Liberty Mutual has good pay and it also good incentives when they are applied by management. The vacation accural is decent.
Cons
Poor Management - There are supervisors supervising people & they don't even know how to do the job of their employees. Some supervisors micro manage to a point that employees feel as if they are in elementary school. Work/Life balance is talked about so much, but does not exsist. The company is too focused on final numbers & doesn't care what the eomplyees go through to try and reach those numbers.
