      Liberty seems to be a disorganized inefficient mess internally. They try to do everything all at once and never do anything well. No work life balance mainly driven by a lack of organization throughout all aspects of the corporation.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
