Pros
Pay and benefits are good, but in recent years they have been heavily outweighed by the toxic environment
Cons
The only thing consistent about this company is the inconsistency across teams within departments. It is bad when in a damage appraisal town hall meeting that a UM tells us that depending on what claims representative/TM you are dealing with, it can dictate how you must handle the claim. So much for following SOPs. Even with the Appraisal department this has held true during my entire tenure. Other teams and TMs handled appraisals and processes differently from how our team did, despite being in the same department, under the same UM. There has also been numerous examples of favoritism where unqualified employees have been promoted into management roles.
