      Great onboarding and training with decent job tools to support daily functions

      You're a number, only. There's no loyalty or appreciation for hard work yet you have stringent production quotas to avoid the guillotine, which will eventually come as the industry decides in it's typical flux.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
