Pros

Steady paycheck, great teamwork and you always know what to expect. Benefits aren't bad. From what I remember, pto wasn't bad either.

Cons

Everything else. Break times are less than what you'd get at other insurance companies, so less time off the phones, especially during a heavy call day, leads to quick and intense burnout. Procedures are so much to remember if you're reporting claims for all lines of business and sometimes info isn't where they should be, especially if you get a call that's a curve ball and they demand timely replies. You get paid little to wear multiple hats. Wouldn't recommend this job long term

Pros

Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

Cons

It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

Pros

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Cons

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
