Pros
- Best salary in the fashion industry in SG, in my opinion - Nice colleagues to work with (depending on your team) - Hybrid working - Managers I've worked with generally have been great, rarely micromanaging, they have trust in you to do what you do, but I can't say the same for most of the higher management or the buyers - Decent pay increment, bonus & career progression in the company, although in Singapore, this is honestly the best it can get for this industry.
Cons
- Frustrating to work with colleagues overseas where English is not their first language, always having miscommunications. - Higher management doesn't have the best management skills - ALWAYS restructuring, be ready for change any day - Some days you work like mad and have to OT (unpaid), and some days you have almost nothing to do but wait for approvals from buyers, managers, etc - Some buyers are usually really slow in replies and confirming things, don't make sense in what they want, and have terrible taste, thus making your work not feel fulfilling. - one of the more inclusive companies for sure, but still room for improvement (putting inclusivity > your face)
