      Responsibility comes thick and fast. The opportunities afforded to those who can hack the pace and deliver results are unparalleled.

      Cons

      This was a sink or swim environment. More focus on training and development would have facilitated a better return on the pool of talent in the business.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
