      Pay, 7 weeks a year off.

      Cons

      Long hours, anti social hours, poor working conditions. Always work a late shift before a day off then back in at 5 am on your next shift.

      Flexible schedule working either morning or evening shifts

      Cons

      Either they don't have enough hours to give you or they work you to death.
