1. Friendly and tight-knit team, mentors that I have met here were knowledgable and willing to teach me, thus I have expanded my knowledge immensely in the field. Manager was also very kind and easy-going. 2. Generous benefits : above-average annual leave entitlements, comprehensive insurance coverage 3. Cons
1. A lot of changes may take place unexpectedly and the HK office may not be informed promptly. So sometimes the whole team were caught off guard and brought about inefficiency. 2. The prospect of the industry may not be that promising, I guess, as it largely hinges on the European economy. 3. It seems the management is only resorting to cutting back on the employee benefits to drive down the overall cost. Even the Christmas Party was held on the pantry for 2 consecutive years.
