They have invested in a beautiful new building at HQ with gym, restaurant, coffee bar, etc.
On boarding was very good, clear training plan with plenty of time spent with line managers and peers to learn the ropes.

Flexible working arrangements, WFH common, managers trust you just to get on with your work.
Friendly and pleasant working environment although don't expect a buzzing atmosphere, this suits me well as I prefer not to be distracted
Cons
Some of the IT systems are a little bit clunky. Work flow is very fast paced so if you get overwhelmed easily by millions of emails, this won't be for you!
