      - Staff discount of 10% on shopping.

      Cons

      - extremely poor management from managers - often working the job of 2-3 people - unpaid breaks - breaks at the end of shift rather than in the middle - forced overtime, staying past contracted hours - extreme schedule, starts at 4am or finishes at 11pm

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
