Strangely amateur and chaotic place to work, the worst of US tech company practices, attritional relationship with customers, estate very demoralised. Zero job security.

Where do I start?
Toxic work environment which everything you do will be controlled, watched and scrutinized. They will lay you off without warning, put you on a pip yet very little training. The company gets scrutinized by its product & support. Unrealistic quotas and toxic management coming from the top down. No job security.
