Cons
1. Company has outdated technology and struggling to keep up and move forward even in the current AI era. 2. Unstable higher management, keeps changing roles and people. 3. Middle management struggles to take right initiatives and decisions, fails to establish structured way of achieving goals resulting in chaos and waste of resources. 4. Suggestions and recommendations by experienced lateral hires most likely will go in drain. 5. Dropping revenue even after frequent layoffs. 6. Stock tumbled since 2022. 7. Everyone is in survival mode. In current situation, its difficult to trust the management and ensure the long term job stability.
