Pros

Maybe the money is somewhat above average since it's a US-based company.

Cons

I can't even start to count them but here are some for a start: 1- No documentation. Nobody cares about documenting any work. 2- Management is really bad. Feedback culture? You can throw that out the window. 3- When I joined the company was hiring like crazy. After 6 months, they laid off almost all the people they hired because of restructuring and shifting the focus on sales. A big indication that there's no proper planning happening in this company. 4- You have to go to team managers in order for peers to help you. Nobody provides any help unless you go to their manager and the manager asks them to do it. 5- People are talking behind each other's backs. Seriously? I'm glad I was laid off from this place And so much more. Take a look at the company's Blind profile and see what people are saying there. Finally, if I have one piece of advice for you, it's going to be get out of that circus as soon as you can or run the other way as fast as you can if you're not inside.

Great benefits, Solid Compensation, work life balance

Cons

There is a frustration that is very palpable throughout the teams that stems from there being no clear direction, no job stability (there are layoffs every quarter- and they removed many of the people that built out the systems) which leads to lack of product stability for the products and backbiting for the teams This also means they tend to sunset products wo client notification or knowing why and who used the integration.
