Pros
The people that I get to work with and friends I've been made. Tools and software are advanced and leading in the industry. Team formation and collaboration is great.
Cons
Too much backstabbing and no transparency. They constantly let people go for no reason. We've lost a lot of our top people over the last year because they've either been "let go" or forced out. None of the reasons make sense and it's becoming a toxic working environment depending on who you have to deal with on a day to day basis. Forget asking for time off and any career advancements. There's a buddy-buddy system and unless you're in that group of people, it's impossible to move up or relax in your work. There's no trust anywhere,.everything is micromanaged to the max. Why did you hire these people (including me) if you don't trust them to do the work? They speak of culture and values but the only ones living them are us on the edges and the bottom of the hierarchy.
