      LL builds leaders where accomplishments are rewarded with responsibility. You can quickly work with sponsors, lead teams, complete technical work, and brief your work.

      Cons

      Promotions are hard to come by.

      Thank you for your comments. These are the outcomes we try to achieve. Hopefully you will continue to work with your manager and others to improve your chances of promotion. While the organization is intentionally flat, we think there is a lot of opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      It can vary a lot from group to group, but in general, wonderful place with wonderful people and lots of interesting work going on. Excellent benefits and lots of flexibility to explore different projects.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for advancement in terms of rank and compensation once you reach technical staff. Additionally (again varies from group to group) expectations of what a staff member does can be unclear and there can be a light sink-or-swim nature to the work, again depending on the group you're in.

      great people to work with, but not for.

      Cons

      Leadership needs to look inward and see what is wrong. If you want to get hired here you must need to know someone hire up.
