* Company is based in Sacramento. The remote offices (Seattle, San Diego, and Santa Clara) might lack long term growth as it seems right now most of the specialist roles (Network Engineer, Cloud Technician, etc) are being filled in their Sacramento offices. That could, and hopefully will change in the future * Still growing and creating a true Tier system. Right now a Tier III Technician will do a lot of the same things a Tier I does. However, the company seems to be striving towards differentiating those roles a bit more
