      Solid Company

      Pros

      * Large variety in technologies you'll be exposed to * Great training * Encourages you to pursue certifications and will reimburse you * Travel ( if you like that kind of thing ) * They do a good job in hiring, so you'll work with awesome people * Company has found a niche market and does a great job of providing probably the best IT solution for Orthodontic/Dental practices out there * Owners seem to have a strong passion to grow and improve the company

      Cons

      * Company is based in Sacramento. The remote offices (Seattle, San Diego, and Santa Clara) might lack long term growth as it seems right now most of the specialist roles (Network Engineer, Cloud Technician, etc) are being filled in their Sacramento offices. That could, and hopefully will change in the future * Still growing and creating a true Tier system. Right now a Tier III Technician will do a lot of the same things a Tier I does. However, the company seems to be striving towards differentiating those roles a bit more

      * Technical experience * Logistics and planning experience * Management and owners care about their employees * Above average benefits for a small company

      * Paid Time Off is little
