Pros
- Some very good Production and other Leads that genuinely want to do their job as best they can - Streamlined OT Meals process - Cool projects - Amazing people that care for their job - Great location
Cons
- Management rules the way they want, never any significant changes when staff ask - No place for a different voice - No proper production tracking system -> production emails each other excel sheets, this means sometimes sitting around waiting for work which you then get at the end of the day, due in the morning meaning you will do some free overtime in the evening... - Free overtime, lots of it... - Low pay and weird contract terms...
