Too much favouritism within the team to be promoted.
The business talks about wellbeing and mental health, however, this is not implemented in the day to day working environment.
Too much office politics and no trust.
Feel like the business dictates when members of the team can take leave and do not allow taking leave on Fridays or Mondays.
