It's a global company with some good, large projects to work on. Some good people scattered across the business.

Feels like the company is heading downhill. I have worked here for 5 years now and I would discourage friends/colleagues from joining. - Bonus was cancelled this year with very little communication - Senior Leadership is disengaged, and uninspiring - Directors live in fear of the CEO/COOs - with that culture of fear permeating down through the organization - Very little quality assurance of new hires meaning that if a client will pay, the wrong person often gets hired reducing the experience and incentives for the rest of us - Culture of ageism significantly dis-incentivizing effort from talented younger employees. - Having been involved in the performance management process - it's a pre-decided process designed to limit the value of payrises and bonuses - very little agency for the employee being rated to influence the scoring.
