Politics and favoritism rules in Columbus. Status quo gets lions share of pay raises while others often get none or 10 cents to offset those getting bigger “pieces of the pie” year after year. Very competitive. Internal job selection based on favoritism not experience or job knowledge. Most start out working rotatating shift.
