Absolute panopticon of a workplace with a very poor salary for the work you do. The job is working at a glorified call centre. You will hardly get any tasks done because you’ll constantly get interrupted by calls which may range from 5 minutes, to an hour long call that also has 30 minutes of work after it and more work days after. There are barely any claims assistants around so everyone has a massive workload. The company is making many decisions which are causing everyone from top to bottom to suffer. Barely any opportunities to grow. Would NOT recommend.
