Pros
Development has been good for me, but had to do work of two people to achieve it. Also down purely to my manager, who is an exception, rather than policy or structure.
Cons
General lack of respect from senior management. Poor structure. No thought to retaining talent. Salaries absolutely uncompetitive for all but most senior. Essentially the company's philosophy is to use people up and then replace them when they get burned out and go elsewhere. Have seen good people who rock the boat being pushed out.
