Extremely toxic work environments - Anonymous employee Medtronic Employee Review

If you are a victim of discrimination, sexism and retaliation, the company does nothing. They advertise their code of conduct which depends on whether senior leaders in your OU want to take seriously or not. HR cannot do anything without support of senior leaders. So, they end up protecting people who are bad for business, bad to others and will only tarnish the company’s reputation. Makes no sense to me, but hey, that is why they are absolute garbage. Protect your mental heath and avoid working here!
