Pros
As a stepping stone to open doors for other opportunities with other companies within the medical device industry. The company has a "young" energy to it, and a top notch office, with plenty of brainstorming space.
Cons
Confused quality, regulatory, operations system and management. Lack of decision making by upper management. Poor focus on driving projects to launch. As a result of several product development departures over the last two years, the experience level of the engineers working on products has greatly declined.
