Medtronic is a company that truly cares about the development and advancement of its employees. A very structured corporate career ladder provides a lot of security to employees and provides clear expectations for advancement.
Cons
The company is very large and many managers manage 15+ people which leads to a bit of disconnect sometimes. Overall it is great but face time with your manager may be hard to come by.
