Pros
Benefits are decent but have gotten worse over the years. Medical used to be covered 100%, not anymore. Supplies for employees used to be free, not anymore it’s based on your insurance you choose. The best benefit is school is reimbursed 100% and you don’t have to stay a year or pay back your school reimbursement like they did in the past.
Cons
Leadership makes quick rash decisions and goes back on their word. Pay is not competitive. Remote work is not offered. No new products in years and tech is outdated compared to competitors. New leaders micromanage every move monitor your screens and listen to your calls. Many employees are leaving and are unhappy. Annual raise is 1-3%. You’re given overtime when it’s convenient for management. Write ups are often dependent on supervisors.
