Pros

Working remotely is an amazing perk (every single person at the company is remote), and MeetEdgar puts a lot of effort into maintaining healthy teams, keeping communication friction-free, and protecting the company culture - things that sometimes get left behind for remote workers.
Cons
The company is growing quickly, which means the organization needs to adapt just as quickly to ensure processes can keep up. This can cause communication hiccups and other unforeseen problems. That said, because the environment is so welcoming to feedback/iteration, these issues never last long.
