great staff/not so great management - Medical Assistant Mercy Employee Review

I was there for over a year and I was hired to be a team lead everything was going well until they assigned me to be responsible for the lab and run daily QC. I did it for about 3 months and then I asked fora raise as this was a full job in itself. I was given a sorry 10 cent raise. I also stepped in as an MA for many providers daily as we always had MAs calling off with no coverage and no one was ever repramended for it. Long story short you are over worked and under paid.
